Why VibeLive?

Unlike traditional video SDKs, VibeLive is designed for AI-assisted builders. You don’t manually wire WebRTC. You describe your use case, paste the integration prompt, and your AI editor handles setup.

VibeLive abstracts:

  • WebRTC negotiation
  • TURN/STUN infrastructure
  • Room lifecycle management
  • Media state syncing
  • Reconnection logic

You focus on experience. We handle real-time infrastructure.

How VibeLive Works

Your app loads the VibeLive SDK in the browser.

When users join a room:

  • VibeLive connects participants
  • Media streams flow directly between users
  • The SDK manages reconnection and room state

You don’t configure WebRTC, signaling servers, or relay infrastructure.

UI Themes

VibeLive uses a default theme.

If you’d like a different look, download a theme guide and upload it alongside the AI Guide when building your app.

Tell your AI editor to apply the theme guide instead of the default theme.

Red — Energetic, action-oriented. Good for social and real-time apps.
Nature Calm — Grounded, low-saturation. Good for wellness, coaching, long sessions.
Purple — Calm, thoughtful. Good for creator tools, learning, mentorship.

Each theme file includes CSS variables, component rules, and do/don’t guidelines. Upload it alongside the AI Guide when building your app.

Common Use Cases

VibeLive is commonly used for:

  • AI coaching apps
  • Remote tutoring platforms
  • Creator community calls
  • Customer support video rooms
  • Pair programming / code review tools

FAQ

Do I need a VibeLive account?

No — Trial access works without an account. Starter and Builder require a VibeLive account.

Do I need to write WebRTC code?

No. The SDK handles all WebRTC internals. You create a room and render the component.

What frameworks are supported?

React and vanilla JS. The prompt works with Next.js, Vite, and any standard setup.

Is there a backend I need to deploy?

No. VibeLive manages signaling and relay infrastructure. Your app only runs client-side SDK code.

Can I customize the video UI?

Yes. Use the pre-built components with theme tokens, or use the headless API for full control.

What happens if a participant loses connection?

The SDK handles reconnection automatically. If the connection can’t be restored, the participant is removed from the room.

Is video data stored or recorded?

No. All media is peer-to-peer or transiently relayed. VibeLive does not record or store any audio or video.
